About Our Mission
India's 80th Independence Day Celebration through Community Afforestation.
The Vision
28,855 Days. 28,855 Trees.
On August 15, 2027, India marks 80 years since securing independence. Over those 80 years, approximately 28,855 days will have passed. To commemorate this milestone, the Green Naroda • Clean Naroda movement was founded with a clear, ambitious goal: plant one native tree for every single day of our nation's freedom.
This campaign is not just about planting saplings. It is about creating a legacy of community environmental stewardship, engaging school children, citizens, volunteers, and local administration to nurture these trees into a mature urban forest.
